BUYING A COMPRESSOR
1. Get sample parts pricing such as rings or valve set.
Some vendors will sell cheap, only to take you on parts.
2. Seek a vendor with a liberal warrantee history. One that values his reputation as sacred.
3. Ask for a list of customers that have experienced problems (everyone has them) to see how they were treated.
4. Seek a vendor that adheres to simple, uncomplicated designs
with components that are readily available off the shelf locally.
5. Shun a vendor whose purpose is to make sure you must to return to him for everything. Ask for second sources
on components and supplies.
6. Seek a vendor that emphasizes training and has the experienced personnel to give competent , in depth courses.
7. Obtain a list of customers to ascertain
the level of training they received.
